The SchoolHouse Dallas offers the perfect intimate venue, boasting a beautifully renovated interior and rich history of 101 years - sure to capture your hearts. Our guests choose this venue for its absolute unique and intimate atmosphere.
With 6000 square feet of historic charm, our venue boasts a banquet hall adorned with white accent walls, crystal chandeliers, traditional wooden floors, a stunning bridal suite, groom's lounge/Crimson Lounge, and a bar area.
The perfect venue for a holiday themed party, private reception, fundraiser or gala - featuring a banquet hall and bar lounge that can accommodate up to 130 seated guests (100 with a dance floor) or 170 guests for a cocktail-style event.
We recognize the importance of making your special occasion truly exceptional and unique. Therefore, our customers are welcome to utilize the services of vendors of their choice (provided they are insured, ofcourse:)!

Reception (5 Hours)

Outdoor Pavilion: Party/reception space outdoor with wooden walkway and string lights.
Banquet Hall: Ideal for receptions or indoor events.
Crimson Lounge: Luxurious space with rich red wall fabric and lounge sofas.
Bar Lounge: Includes a bar counter, cabinet, 6-ft buffet tables (2), and a 10-ft reception table.
Guest Seating: 60" round tables with golden Chiavari chairs.
Head Table: Wooden rectangle table.
Table Linens: White or Ivory polyester linens on all tables.
Cocktail Area: 6 Cocktail Tables & 2 Champagne Walls.
Sound System: Professional sound system w/wired microphone.
Parking: On-site parking for up to 40 vehicles.
Setup and Tear-down: Setup and takedown of all venue-provided equipment.
Full Clean-up: Venue cleaning and garbage disposal post-event.
